In August 2001, to continue to study President Jiang Zemin's "7.1" speech further, Anhui Province Huangshan Municipal Propaganda Ministry and Huangshan TV Station made up their mind to fulfill the important thoughts of "Three Representatives" with great effort and carry out the speech's spirit in daily life, so they held large-scale knowledge contest on August 16th. The public bidding invitation of the equipment used in this contest was organized by Purchasing Office of Huangshan Municipal Government.
